Our Manufacturer’s Warranty
At Z Kaptive Jewels, we hold the highest quality standards for every piece we design and manufacture. We stand behind our products, and, as such, offer a guarantee on our diamonds and colored gemstones. If you have received jewelry from us and believe that it is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, you can ship your order back to us for inspection.
We will inspect the item and determine if the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect. We will repair or replace the item free of charge, depending on the extent of the damages, if we determine that the item contains a manufacturing defect. If we cannot provide you with the item as it is no longer available, we will replace it with a like-kind or issue you a refund.
The warranty does not cover any damages that aren’t determined to be a manufacturer defect. If we inspect your item and find that the damages are not covered, we can inform you of the availability of any repair services and provide you with an estimate.
Warranty Exceptions and Exclusions
Although all of our unique rings and fine jewelry are crafted with the highest quality materials available, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to withstand normal wear-and-tear or incidental trauma. We cannot provide warranty coverage for damages sustained due to wear or if the product becomes lost or stolen. To prevent these incidents, we encourage you to purchase insurance on your jewelry. The following are common damages not covered by our manufacturer’s warranty:
As the manufacturer’s warranty is an agreement between you and Z Kaptive Jewels, any repair, sizing, or maintenance services performed by another jeweler will void your warranty. Any engraving or personal customization requested will void your warranty as well.
Additionally, slight irregularities and variations in characteristics in our colored gemstones are considered part of the character of the item and cannot be considered a manufacturer defect. Z Kaptive Jewels reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these standards.
